Be sure to ask about the yearly maintainence plan we off at a discount rate.  It includes checking caulking, gutters, windows and rotten wood.  This plan is a complete exterior evaluation for a small fee which can save you money.  We also offer a special exterior paint product that is considered one of the best at no extra cost to you.  This product come with a warranty, that we will be glad to discuss with you.
